ZONEIT AI TERMS OF USE

PLEASE READ THESE AI TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

1. OVERVIEW​

These AI Terms of Use ("AI Terms") govern your use of any artificial intelligence products, features, services, and tools ("AI Services") offered by Zoneit ("Zoneit," "we," "us," or "our"). These AI Terms apply in addition to Zoneit's Universal Terms of Service Agreement, Privacy Policy, and all applicable product-specific agreements.

2. AI Services Description​

Zoneit's AI Services include but are not limited to:

  • AI-powered customer support system
  • Automated website optimization recommendations
  • Performance analysis and insights
  • Security threat detection and prevention
  • Content optimization suggestions
  • Resource usage predictions and recommendations

3. Content and Data​

3.1 Your Content​

  • You may provide input to the AI Services ("Input") and receive output based on that Input ("Output")
  • Input and Output are collectively referred to as "Content"
  • You are responsible for all Content, including ensuring it does not violate any applicable law or these AI Terms
  • You retain ownership rights to your Input
  • You own the Output, subject to Zoneit's underlying intellectual property rights in the AI Services

3.2 Content Usage​

You authorize Zoneit to:

  • Use Content to provide, maintain, and improve our Services
  • Analyze Content to enhance AI Services functionality
  • Store and process Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Use anonymized Content for AI model training and improvement
  • Share Content with service providers as needed to provide AI Services

3.3 Content Restrictions​

You agree not to use AI Services to:

  • Generate or process illegal content
  • Create discriminatory or harmful content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Generate spam or malicious content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the AI systems

4. Accuracy and Reliability​

4.1 Limitations​

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Output may not always be accurate or complete
  • AI Services should not be used as the sole source of truth
  • Human review and verification of Output is required
  • Output may be similar or identical across different users
  • AI Services are not a substitute for professional advice

4.2 Prohibited Use Cases​

You must not use Output for:

  • Making critical business decisions without human review
  • Legal, medical, or financial advice
  • Decisions that could materially impact individuals
  • Mission-critical systems or applications
  • Any purpose requiring guaranteed accuracy

5. Data Protection and Security​

5.1 Security Measures​

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Regular security assessments
  • Compliance with applicable privacy laws

5.2 Data Processing​

  • All data processing occurs in secure facilities within Australia
  • We maintain audit logs of AI Services usage
  • Data is segregated by customer
  • We implement privacy-by-design principles

6. Intellectual Property​

6.1 Ownership​

  • Zoneit retains all rights to the AI Services and underlying technology
  • You retain rights to your Input
  • You receive a license to use Output for your business purposes
  • No rights are granted to Zoneit's AI models or training data

6.2 Feedback​

  • You grant Zoneit rights to use any feedback about AI Services
  • Feedback may be incorporated into service improvements
  • No compensation is due for feedback usage

7. Disclaimer of Warranties​

THE AI SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ZONEIT SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS:

  • Accuracy or reliability of Output
  • Fitness for any particular purpose
  • Freedom from intellectual property infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Completeness or currency of information

Limitation of Liability​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Zoneit's liability is limited to amounts paid for AI Services
  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages
  • Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for Services in the previous 12 months
  • Exclusions apply where prohibited by law

9. TERMINATION​

9.1 Termination Rights​

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days notice
  • Zoneit may suspend services immediately for violations
  • You remain responsible for fees through termination

9.2 Post-Termination​

  • You must cease using AI Services
  • You may retain properly generated Output
  • Zoneit will delete or anonymize stored Content

10. MODIFICATIONS​

We reserve the right to modify these AI Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of AI Services constitutes acceptance of modifications.

11. GOVERNING LAW​

These AI Terms shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
